As firms build track records and maintain consistent operations, their scores increase. A firm founded in 2024 with clean operations will naturally score lower on Registration than a firm founded in 2019, even if both are trustworthy today.

    Registration Impact on Scores

    Some firms may rank slightly lower due to their LLC registration being less than 2 years old. Newer firms have less track record to evaluate, which affects the Registration score component. This does not necessarily indicate lower quality—many newer firms have excellent reviews and fast payouts.
